CQ10

CQ10 is especially crucial to heart health and is often called the miracle nutrient. Other research for this supplement include diabetes , Alzheimer's, dysfunction, and the likelihood of some forms of cancer. The recommended intake of CO-Enzyme Q10 supplements varies, though common doses are from 30 to150 mg each day.

Your normal medical professional should be consulted before taking any increased in these doses. Ingesting a CO-Enzyme Q10 supplement during a meal may improve absorption into the system.

Although CO Q10 behaves in many ways similar to a vitamin, its levels in food sources are not yet fully known or understood.

This is vitally important if you already use other drugs or medications which may be compromised or have an adverse side-effect.
